OBJECTIVE or GOAL
Add a new Empower report group to all projects without using "copy to project".
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
PROCEDURE
- Open the report method.
- Create the report group.
- Save the report group to the project.
- At the top of the Report Publisher window, click Edit > Manage Defaults.
- In the new window, select the Default Groups tab.
- Find the new report group on the right-hand side of the window.
- Copy the new report group to the left-hand side of the window.
- Click OK to close the window.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This adds the newly created report group into the list of report groups that are present in Report Publisher each time a report method is open. It is now one of the default groups. You can also find these instructions by searching Empower Help for the topic "Managing Default Report Methods".
