- Peak code is S06
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
S06 code means there is a problem calculating peak width at 5% height (which is needed for USP tailing factor).
FIX or WORKAROUND
1. Try exponential and tangential non-classic front skim.
2. If that does not work, optimize the method for better separation.
