SYMPTOMS

• Projects backed up and restored on another Empower PC
  Cannot review the results with the message "You do not have the necessary options enabled to display some or all of the data".
  Channels can be reviewed
  

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The GPC option is enabled on the Empower PC used for back-up
The GPC option did not exist in the Empower PC where the restore was performed.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Check the options in the project
   - Select Project in the tree bar on the left side of the Configuration Manager screen, right-click the project name from the project list displayed on the right side, and select Properties.
   - Check the option field
   - When the GPC option is displayed and the check box is not selected → After ticking the check box, click OK to reopen the project.
   GPC option is not displayed → GPC option must be purchased
