SYMPTOMS
- Error "Credential cannot be verified at this time" when trying to log in to the licensing wizard on a new computer (LAC/E, Client, Server, or Empower Personal)
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 FR3 Enterprise or greater
CAUSE
The SQLNET.ora file has two TCPIP Invite nodes and TCPIP Node Checking lines. File is located in Empower\oracle\oracle12c\network\admin directory. (Empower 3 FR4)
FIX or WORKAROUND
Comment out these two lines from the file by adding a '#' before each line and then reboot the computer.
