No baseline is seen in the Empower Run Samples window - WKB20124

SYMPTOMS

• A sample set is loaded in Run Samples
• An Instrument Method is selected
• The Monitor button is clicked
• No baseline is seen
• All instruments are communicating with the software

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Run Samples

CAUSE

In the Run Samples window, Vertical Splitter is not selected under Customize in the tool bar. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Go to Run Samples, click Customize, and then select Vertical Splitter. The change takes effect when you close and reopen Run Samples.
