CAUSE
Unknown.
The customer was reviewing channels with a complex PM. They saved many times while reviewing a number of channels. If the memory usage of review was high (>2vGb) and the PM version exceeded 1000, this issue could occur.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Do not exceed 1000 versions of a method.
- Create a new method at or before version 1000.
