Issue with Daylight Savings Time in Empower 2 - WKB194194

SYMPTOMS

• After applying the daylight savings time on the server, the times recorded in the audit Trails are one hour off

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2

CAUSE

For RDBMS DSTv8 and below, the time zone transition tables cover a time frame up to the year 2020, so for a date beyond 2020 you will not get the expected result.

FIX or WORKAROUND

RDBMS DST updates from RDBMS DSTv9 onward expand the timeframe to the year 2040.

Upgrade the DSTv9 to meet the requirement.
