- No issue from a LAC/E32
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower Enterprise
- Agilent ICF Support 3.4
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection
CAUSE
Screen size/resolution
Waters does not test and therefore does not not officially support running Empower via Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Try to change in Scale and Layout "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" in Windows settings.
Select 100% or try other values.
- Use a bigger screen with another resolution.
- Use a 4:3 display resolution
