Use Impurity RRF to adjust the impurity's area so that you can have it factored into the % Area in the report.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 SR2 and up

PROCEDURE

Create the following Custom Fields to accomplish this. In addition, you will need to go to your processing method's components tab and specify the Impurity RRF value you want to use in the "CConst1" cell. For non-impurity components, put "1" in the CConst1 cell.
