In Empower, Analytics shows incorrect total number of injections - WKB17066

SYMPTOMS

• Incorrect total number of injections in Analytics

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Analytics

CAUSE

This is a known defect, PCS 53717.  When the regional date settings are D/MM/YY or DD/MMM/YYYY, the analytics by month are calculated incorrectly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change regional date settings, or upgrade to Empower 3 FR4, where PCS has been fixed to work for all date formats.
