SYMPTOMS
- One/Two errors appear when trying to make an injection: "Instrument Failure" and/or "W2996@6; Set up failed"
- No leak between Injector and Detector
- Detector LEDs are both green
- Calibration failures observed in message center earlier in the day
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Personal
- 2996 Photodiode Array Detector
- 2998 Photodiode Array Detector
CAUSE
Possibly air bubble in the flow cell during initial reboot
FIX or WORKAROUND
Flush flow cell with methanol, and then reboot.
