If the system control licenses were purchased as individual system control licenses and are not part of the base software kit, they can be installed on any platform.
If the system control licenses are part of the base Empower 3 License (Empower 3 Personal Single System Software or Empower 3 Personal Multi System Software), they cannot be separated out from the workstation base license.
