- During an Empower upgrade, a window appears requiring the user to enter an Oracle Sys Account username and password
- Empower 3 Feature Release 2 (upgrading to Feature Release 3)
The OracleserviceEMPOWER service is stopped.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Service.
- Scroll down and right-click on OracleserviceEMPOWER.
- Right-click this service and select Start.
- Restart the upgrade process.
