Empower error "You cannot use project: xxx , it is currently locked." after selecting Manual Archive - WKB13837

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot open the Project or remove it
• Project is unlocked
• Error message "You cannot use project: xxx , it is currently locked. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for assistance."
• Error appears when a new project has been created
• Project created as administrator
• When you try to open the project, the error appears

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower

CAUSE

Manual Archive of the project was accidently selected when right-clicking on the project. Empower must be configured to perform this task or it holds the project in this state.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go to Configure the System.
2. Select 'View' at the top of screen.
3. Select 'Cancel Pending SDMS Operations'.
