Saved OQ Status and OQ Comment no longer appear in Empower node properties - WKB123378

SYMPTOMS

• User set OQ Status to Pass, entered an OQ Comment, and saved values for many nodes
• System audit trail shows these changes
• Later, the OQ Status and OQ Comment for one particular node are null, with no audit trail showing this change
• All other nodes retained the OQ Status and OQ Comment values
• For the node where the OQ Status and OQ Comment values became null, the values can be entered again and saved

• Empower 3 FR5

CAUSE

The cause is unknown, and attempts to reproduce this issue were unsuccessful.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Enter the OQ Status and OQ Comment values again for the node and save them.
