Yes - If the result set is copied from and to a Full Audit Trail project, the audit trail information will copy to the new project.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Copying of multiple result sets spawned from the same sample set will cause multiple/duplicate sample sets, injections, and channels to be created in the target project. This is normal behavior.
