CAUSE
The Waters Email Service does not support SSL/TLS encryption.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Use an SMTP mail service or server that does not use encryption.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue (CRI-2712) is under investigation.
The PCS-53929 enhancement request was made, but no enhancement has yet been implemented.
