Backup Integrity report is missing if the backed up project in Empower 3 FR4 is restored in Empower 3 FR5 - WKB121170

SYMPTOMS

• If project is backed up in Empower 3 Feature Release 4, Integrity Tab populates with Backup Integrity Check

• If same project is restored in Empower 3 Feature Release 5, Integrity Tab populates only with Restore Integrity Check

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 (3471) Feature Release 4 (FR4)
• Empower 3 (3471) Feature Release 5 (FR5)

CAUSE

The new integrity Scan Tool for FR5 is different from the previous one (used in FR4).

FIX or WORKAROUND

Check both environments (FR4 and FR5) to see the differences.
