Empower error message when opening processing method - WKB11934

SYMPTOMS

• When opening a processing method, the error message "Database error, Unable to continue" appears
• No history available in the method properties, and error message "Project.exe getting crashed" seen when closing the method properties box
• Unable to copy the processing method and unable to use "Copy to Project" option
• Nothing happens when selecting Copy to Project option; "Cannot fetch method <Processing Method Name>" in message center
