★ Functions for injection and processing
- Inject Standards/Samples
Injects from the specified vial, and performs integration and calibration curve creation/quantification during processing.
- Inject Controls
Injects from the specified vial, and performs integration, quantification, calculation for % deviation of input concentration and quantified value during processing.
- Inject Immediate Standards/Samples
The analysis and data acquisition is performed without specified vial being injected (the Autosampler will not perform injection). This is used for large amount preparation.
If carryover from the injector part is suspected, this function can acquire gradient data without injection operation.
You can compare it with sample analysis data to determine whether it comes from the injector.

★ Functions for processing (report)
When the run mode is "Run and Process" or "Run and Report (including processing)", or when background processing/printing of data using a sample set
("Use Acquisition Method Set" method) is performed, the following functions are enabled.
- Clear Calibration
Clears the calibration curve associated with the specified processing method.
- Calibrate
Performs integration/calibration curve creation with calibration data.
If an unknown sample is included in the sample set, specify the data analyzed using "Label", "Label Reference", and "Process".
・ Quantitative
Waveform analysis / quantification of quantitative data.
If a standard sample is included in the sample set, specify the data processed using "Label", "Label Reference", and "Process".
- Report
Prints the data with the specified report method. It is used to print multiple data in a summary type report format.
Use "Label" and "Label Reference" to specify print data.
- Pause
Pauses sample set run.
- Summarize Custom Fields
Performs summary type custom field calculations for the created sample-to-sample.
- Summarize Custom Fields (Exclude Faulted)
Performs summary type custom field calculations for the created sample-to-sample. Abnormal results are excluded.

- Equilibrate
Sets up the instrument during the run time with the initial condition in the specified instrument method ("Event" is not executed).
No injections or data acquisitions happen during this operation.
- Condition Column
The specified instrument method is executed during the run time (both "Gradient" and "Event" are executed).
No injections or data acquisitions happen during this operation.
- Wet prime
Executes "WetPrime" of 2695. The mobile phase composition for Prime is set from the instrument method, and the flow rate is set in the Auto Additions field.
- Purge Inj
Execute "PuregeInjector" of 2695.
The mobile phase composition is set from the instrument method and the sample loop purge time is set in "Run time"(setting range: 6.5-15.0).
- Purge Det
Execute "Purge" of the 2414 RI detector.
