You cannot delete or remove messages from the E-mail Queue view. If the message total exceeds 1000 messages, any non-pending (sent and error) email notifications are deleted automatically every day at 6 a.m. (based on the database time zone) to reduce the total amount of messages to no more than 1000. Automatic deletion begins the third day after software installation, starting with messages older than two weeks and continuing with the oldest non-pending messages until the total number of messages is less than 1000.
