Empower 3 MFC error extracting second wavelength chromatogram in Review - WKB117548

SYMPTOMS

• After an Empower migration from Empower 2 to Empower 3, unable to extract a second wavelength chromatogram manually in the Review window
• In all projects, this operation results in an MFC error, and the Review window closes unexpectedly
• If working with only one wavelength, the application works as expected

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR5
• Projects already created in Empower 2 FR5

CAUSE

Corruption in preferences

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In the project window, select file > Delete preferences of multiple views.
2. Close the project window.
3. Reopen the window and perform the operation that previously generated the error.
