- Equilibrate or condition column using Agilent LC in sample set last row cannot run

- Agilent Infinity 1260 LC
CAUSE
The equilibrate or condition column instrument method is incorrect, because the the Shutdown after Run checkbox is selected
FIX or WORKAROUND
Uncheck the Shutdown after Run checkbox on the instrument method General table and save the instrument method.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Do not use the LC Shutdown Method in Sample set for regular analysis. Instead, specify this method as the Shutdown method on the Run Samples Defaults screen found under the Customize/Defaults menu selection of Run Samples or QuickStart.
