Cannot see messages from last week in the Empower message center - WKB11545

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot see messages from last week in the Empower message center
• Purge is set to one month

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Display is set to only show 200 messages.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the Empower message center.
2. Click View > Properties.
3. Set the "Number of messages to display" to a higher number
4. Press F5 to refresh the view

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Click on the arrow in the upper left hand corner to advance from one group of messages to the next based on the number of messages to display setting.

The table pulls in a total number of a group of messages to display and then splits them into the different message center tabs which is why some tabs may be displayed while others are not populated. They may not pull into all tabs evenly.
