SYMPTOMS
- After the first injection in a sample set, the Agilent LC does not go to next injection
- System configured properly through preconfiguration
- System communicates normally
- Collects Agilent ELSD signal only
- Agilent ELSD meets the minimum firmware requirement
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- ICF 3.1
- Agilent 1290 Infinity 2
- Agilent ELSD G7102A
CAUSE
The instrument method is set up to collect only the ELSD channel.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Add an additional channel like the PDA or one of the AUX channels like pressure. This will allow the system to move to the next injection because it is not waiting for a trigger.
