- When backing up a project, the dialog box for browsing to a backup location does not appear
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The Windows User Profile Service is not running.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Change the User Profile Service for Windows to automatic (not delayed) on startup.
