SYMPTOMS

• The amount on the review screen of the channel when processed during sample set run differs from the amount on the review screen of the result set

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Sample set run in “Run and Process” and “Run and Report” modes

CAUSE

Different calibration curves used for amount calculation

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Select "Window" menu > Calibration Curve on each channel review screen and each result set review screen to check whether the calibration curves are the same.
   If different, that is the cause, insert the function of "Clear Calibration" in the first row of the sample set, and ensure that the previous calibration curve is deleted before you start the run
