- 2707 does not show in the node properties
- DHCP shows the IP address but no model
- Unable to see the 2707 using the firmware loader
- 2707 responds to a ping
ENVIRONMENT
- 2707 Autosampler
- Empower 3 FR3
- 2707 ICS v1.20
- 2707 Firmware 1.15
CAUSE
2707 Autosampler firmware was higher than the one that comes with the ICS loaded
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Upgrade 2707 ICS to the current version v1.30
