Oasis HLB would be a good starting point.

Load the samples in 100% aqueous, and then elute in methanol. An effective wash step could also be added, being careful not to elute any of the nucleotides/nucleosides/nucleobases of interest.

Use the Waters SPE optimization procedures listed in the care and use manual for improving recovery. 

This procedure simultaneously helps with desalting.
