Waters Ostro brochure includes the use of a centrifuge as an option. However, there are no specific recommendations regarding speed or relative centrifugal force (rcf) values.

Strong centrifugal forces may impact the breakthrough and retention of phospholipids and the protein precipitate. This has not been tested or confirmed.
