ANSWER
Waters neither sells nor recommends plungers for use with the Oasis 1-cc cartridges. You can use a reservoir adapter (WAT054260 - SEP-PAK RESERVOIR ADAPTOR) on top of the cartridge and push the sample through with the syringe on top of the adapter.
