ENVIRONMENT
- Sep-Pak AccellPlus
- Solid-phase extraction (SPE)
ANSWER
Chloride
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sep-Pak AccellPlus QMA bulk material has a chloride counter ion.
This same bulk is used to pack all Waters standard Sep-Pak AccellPlus QMA solid-phase extraction cartridges.
For laboratories preparing positron-emission tomography (PET) solutions, Waters offers the following two Sep-Pak AccellPlus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridges, which contain carbonate as the counter ion. This eliminates the need to precondition these cartridges prior to running PET solutions through these cartridges.
186004051 - Sep-Pak AccellPlus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge, 130 mg Sorbent per Cartridge, 37-55 µm Particle Size, 50/pk (the counter ion is carbonate)
186004540 - Sep-Pak AccellPlus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge, 46 mg Sorbent per Cartridge, 40 µm Particle Size, 50/pk (the counter ion is carbonate)
