Is the GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS application compatible if my samples are prepared in a buffer of 50mM sodium acetate? - WKB108391
Article number: 108391
ENVIRONMENT
- N-released glycan analysis
- Labeled glycans
- Rapid deglycosylation
- Rapid PNGase F
- Rapid Labeling
- Solid-phase extraction (SPE)
- Buffer compatibility
- GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS
ANSWER
Yes
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
50 mM sodium acetate is an acceptable sample buffer to use with the GlycoWorks application.
- You must verify that the pH of the GlycoWorks steps is neutral or near neutral.
If ammonium acetate is present as a result of titration from an affinity column:
- Avoid titration of the sodium acetate with a nucleophile like Tris or ammonia.
