In some cases, if Polyethylene Septumless caps are not preferred:

A Waters scientist has used SKU: 186000305 - Blue, 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 100/pk and had not seen seen PFAS contamination when using them.  The scientist had tested PFAS down to sub-ppt levels when using this cap and septa.

Each Laboratory would need to verify if this cap/septa assemply leads to any amount of PFAS contamination through experimental studies.
