ANSWER
We have not tested this. The workable range of the PTFE/Sil cap and vial combination pack is -40 to 200 °C. However, this is at atmospheric pressure. Autoclaving involves high flow with heated water or gas with pressure. The cap may not perform after being subjected to these conditions.
