If the Eluent A container has less than 10% organic in it, it should be replaced every three days. The Eluent B container should be replaced every five days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Formic acid is volatile and the concentration of the acid will change over time. The acid modifier is important to peptide peak shape, solubility, and reduction of nonspecific peptide binding.
