Use 100% ACN when storing the XBridge BEH Amide or the ACQUITY BEH Amide for longer than four (4) days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If in continual use and not sitting unused for more than four days, the XBridge BEH Amide and ACQUITY BEH Amide may be stored in 90:10 acetonitrile/water.

The use of 10% water at the end of the day in a shutdown method allows for faster equilibration of the column in the initial mobile phase for the next day's use.
