Article number: 82109

ENVIRONMENT

  • Peptide Separation Technology (PST)
  • Method development
  • Resolution
  • Gradient slope
  • XBridge
  • ACQUITY BEH

ANSWER

Be sure your gradient is set up so that it does not increase more than one column volume per 1% change in mobile phase conditions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You could also look at raising the temperature, going with a smaller particle size, using a longer column, changing the flow rate, or using a different chemistry.
