ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Peptides should not adsorb to the stainless steel frits or column body when using MaxPeak Premier columns.

BEH C18 is a good, general purpose, high ligand density C18 packing.

CSH C18 is a high ligand density C18 which also has positive surface charges in between the C18 ligands.  This reduces tailing of basic peptides when running in a low pH , low ionic strength mobile phase such as 0.1% formic acid.

HSS T3 is a low ligand density C18 which is designed for better retention of polar peptides.  This column can run in 100% aqueous mobile phase.
