Column particle sizes of 2.7, 3, 3.5, 4, 5 and larger are compatible with HPLC systems.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A particle size packed into different column dimensions will produce back pressure at a given method flow rate, temperature, and mobile phase. Smaller particles in longer columns will produce higher back pressure that could exceed the pressure limit of the HPLC pump.
