ANSWER

ACQUITY PREMIER UPLC Glycoprotein BEH Amide (300A pore size) columns

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Under denaturing conditions, these columns are a great choice for this analysis.

This column is used as a HILIC (Hydrophilic interaction chromatography) column and is suitable for glycoproteins with molecular weights from 10 kDa up to 150 kDa.

0.1% TFA is used to neutralize the acidic and basic residues so that the primary retention mechanism is based on the glycans that are attached to the glycoprotein.
