Waters ACQUITY columns use a Parker-style end fitting. Many other vendors use this same fitting.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Waters recommends using a Gold Finger Tight connector (700003139). Alternatively, you can use a one-piece PEEK modified fitting (700004841) on the back of the column.
