Styragel columns ship in tetrahydrofuran (THF), dimethylformamide (DMF), or toluene. Do not attempt to switch solvent to methanol or acetonitrile; this may damage the column and make it unusable. If you want to run with methanol or acetonitrile, check with chemistry sales to see if Waters can custom pack the Styragel columns you want with 100% methanol or 100% acetonitrile.
