Yes. DMF and THF can be run as mobile phase on the ACQUITY APC system.

THF is fully supported in any proportion on the ACQUITY APC System.
Use isopropanol for the seal wash.
Use THF for the needle wash and purge solvent.
Do not leave stabilized THF (with BHT additive) to dry in the system’s flow path. A dry flow path becomes contaminated with residual stabilizer and a substantial cleaning effort is needed to restore the flow path to its initial condition. Stabilized THF has a very high UV cut-off and is not recommended for use with UV detection. If UV detection is required, use unstabilized THF.
