The Atlantis T3 packings are made from a different silica than that in the ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3. However, the T3 bonding is the same. Therefore, most methods should be able to be transferred from Atlantis T3 to ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 with relatively minor method adjustments.
Waters offers XSelect HSS T3 for UHPLC and HPLC columns. This packing is the same particle design and uses the same type of silica and bonding as ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3.
