No.  An additional union is required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To connect nanoEase M/Z 75um ID, 100um ID and 150um ID columns:

• Use one ZenFit union, part number 700011519, to make connections.
• Connect a short piece of nanoViper tubing from the "nanoViper only" port on the injector valve to the union (700011519). 
• Then, connect nanoEase M/Z columns to the opposite side of the union.

To connect nanoEase M/Z trap columns:

• Use the two ZenFit unions, part number 700011519, to make connections.
• Connect a short piece of nanoViper tubing from the "nanoViper only" port on the injector valve to the union (700011519). 
• Then, connect nanoEase M/Z trap column to the opposite side of the union.
• Connect a short piece of nanoViper tubing from the "nanoViper only" port on the trap valve to the union (700011519). 
• Then, connect nanoEase M/Z trap column to the opposite side of the union.

The inlet to the union connects with nanoViper tubing (with nanoViper fittings), and the outlet of the union connects to the nanoEase M/Z 75um, 100um and 150um ID columns as well as nanoEase M/Z trap columns.
