Measure column plate count.

PROCEDURE

1. Follow the column efficiency test procedure as stated on the test sheet.
2. Measure the peak width at the % height specified by the plate count calculation the column test procedure used to calculate.
3. Conduct this procedure on a column that has not been used, so it can serve to benchmark column performance over time.
