OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Connect a Prep guard cartridge to a Prep column.

Use the 19x10mm Prep Cartridge Holder (186000709) or for the 10x10mm (semi) Prep Cartridge Holder part number 289000779 .
The cartridge holder comes with a rigid connector. This is used to connect the guard holder to the column. Both use the same rigid connector.
WRENCH tighten both separate rigid connector compression screw ends to the holder (on one side) and the column (on the other). These fittings rotate independently of each other, so the wrench would need to be placed on that part closest to the point where the connection was being made. Not doing this can result in a leak.
