Yes, you can run 100% aqueous phase through a BEH C18, CSH C18, or HSS C18 column.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• If you shut the system down, it is recommended that organic be introduced through the column to help rewet the pores prior to running 100% aqueous.  
• A BEH C18, CSH C18, or HSS C18 column must not sit in or be stored in 100% aqueous mobile phases.
• They should be flushed with at least 20% organic every day. 
• If they will not be used for four days or more, they must be stored in 100% acetonitrile.
