Contact your local Waters sales team to ask if a custom 180 µm x 20 mm trap column can be custom-packed with a stationary phase that is less hydrophobic than Symmetery C18.
Waters offers a 300 µm x 50 mm BEH C4, 300Å column, but this larger ID trap column is not recommended in front of a smaller ID nano column.
